Tucked away in the serene beauty of Khao Yai, NUYU offers a gentle escape from everyday rush. Our mission is to help you reset, reconnect and feel empowered—so you can return to life clearer, calmer, and one step closer to becoming the new you.

Whether through creative expression, time in nature, yoga, journaling, or mindful practices, we believe transformation happens when we reconnect with ourselves first. Sometimes this looks like making soap, crafting art, building furniture from salvaged wood, or cooking meals from scratch. Sometimes it just means resting under a tree shade and watching life go by.

There's something magical that happens when you realize the path to becoming who you're meant to be isn't found in a store—it's crafted with your own hands, rooted in nature, and discovered through intentional living.

Before You Book

  • Yes, we are pet-friendly.

    Dogs & Cats (1–45 kg)

    • ฿600 per night for the first pet

    • ฿300 per night for the second pet

    • Staying 2 nights or more? Get 50% off pet fees from the 2nd night onward

    Weight & Pet Limit

    • 1–25 kg: Max 2 pets per tent

    • 26–45 kg: Max 1 pet per tent

    • Over 45 kg: Not allowed

    To keep everyone happy and comfortable:

    • Pets must be supervised at all times

    • Please keep pets off the bed and sofa to avoid stains

    • Collar + leash required whenever outside the room

    • Prevent barking, disturbances, or harm to others

    • Please clean up after your pet (both inside and outside)

    • Pet owners are responsible for any damages

    NUYU Pet Kit

    We offer a complimentary Pet Kit by request (limited quantity).
    Each set includes:

    ✔ Pet-safe wet wipes

    This kit is meant to be used during your stay, not taken home.
     

    What to Bring

    While we’re happy to provide the basics, we recommend bringing your own supplies, especially for larger breeds or pets with special needs:

    • Food & bowls

    • Pet bed

    • Waste bags and cleaning cloths

    Please don’t use NUYU’s guest items with pets

  • Absolutely! NUYU welcomes families with children of all ages.
    We offer special pricing for children based on age and provide breakfast and extra beds where applicable.

    👨‍👩‍👧 Notes:

    • Each tent accommodates up to 4 guests total, including children.

    • At Piromrat Country Home, the maximum capacity is 12 adults and 4 children (under 10 years old).

    • At Lotus Lake House, the maximum capacity is 6 adults and 3 children (under 10 years old).

    • Children 10 years and older are charged the same as adults, and receive full amenities (bed + breakfast).

    • All charges listed are per night, per child.

    • We’re happy to help set up extra sleeping arrangements in advance — just let us know when booking.

  • Yes, NUYU can host up to 30 guests across our tents and houses—perfect for retreats, workshops, or private gatherings. Just get in touch with us for details and availability.

Getting here

  • We’re located on the Khao Yai–Wang Nam Khiao road — about 20 km from the entrance of Khao Yai National Park (turn left at the park entrance). Just 10 minutes past Toscana Valley. Google maps link

  • Yes, NUYU is accessible even if you don’t drive.
     We offer pick-up and drop-off services from Bangkok, other provinces, and transport hubs in Khao Yai. Whether you’re arriving by van, train, or public bus, we’ll help you get here smoothly.

Booking & Policies

  • We’re a small, independent space, so all bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your stay once if the following conditions are met:

    • You notify us at least 14 days before your original check-in date

    • The new stay date is within 2 months of the original date

    • You confirm the new date within 3 weeks of requesting the change

    • If the new date has a higher rate, you’ll just pay the difference

    If these conditions aren’t met, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule. Thank you for understanding 

About the Stay

    • Yes, all the tents have en suite bathrooms and air conditioners. 

  • Yes, we have Wi-Fi in all our accommodations.

  • Glamping Tents

    • Max 4 guests per tent, including children

    • Ideal for: 2 adults + 1–2 children, or 3 adults

    Piromrat Country Home

    • Up to 12 adults + 4 children (under 10 years old)

    • Great for big families or friend groups

    Lotus Lake House

    • Up to 6 adults + 3 children (under 10 years old)

    • Perfect for small groups or two families traveling together

  • Your safety is our top priority — and so is respecting nature.
     NUYU is nestled close to a natural wildlife habitat, which means you may occasionally hear or spot animals and insects, especially at night. This is part of the magic of staying so close to nature — but it also means a few extra precautions are needed.

    For your safety, we kindly ask that you:

    • Stay inside your tent or room after dark

    • Avoid venturing outside NUYU’s grounds at any time, day or night

    • Close doors, zippers, and windows tightly to keep insects and animals out

    • Use insect repellent (we have some available at the tents and houses)

    Our team is always nearby and ready to help — just message or call if you need anything.

Food & Dining

    • Yes, you’re welcome to! While we don’t have a kitchen for guest use, you can bring ready-to-eat food or order from nearby Thai–Isaan restaurants (we’ll happily share the menu). Want to grill? You can prepare your own ingredients and rent our electric Asian-style grill.

    A 150 THB service fee applies to cover cleaning and electricity. Please note that charcoal or open flames are not allowed for safety reasons.


  • Yes, we’re happy to accommodate! Just let us know your dietary needs at least 4 days in advance so we can plan the menu accordingly and source the right ingredients in time.

    •  If you're staying at the Lotus Lake House or Piromrat Country Home, you'll have access to at least one fully equipped kitchen. Just keep in mind that cooking with charcoal or open flames isn’t allowed.

    For glamping tents, cooking isn’t permitted at the moment—except for our DIY breakfast, which you can enjoy at your own pace.
