Tucked away in the serene beauty of Khao Yai, NUYU offers a gentle escape from everyday rush. Our mission is to help you reset, reconnect and feel empowered—so you can return to life clearer, calmer, and one step closer to becoming the new you.
Whether through creative expression, time in nature, yoga, journaling, or mindful practices, we believe transformation happens when we reconnect with ourselves first. Sometimes this looks like making soap, crafting art, building furniture from salvaged wood, or cooking meals from scratch. Sometimes it just means resting under a tree shade and watching life go by.

To keep everyone happy and comfortable:
Pets must be supervised at all times
Please keep pets off the bed and sofa to avoid stains
Collar + leash required whenever outside the room
Prevent barking, disturbances, or harm to others
Please clean up after your pet (both inside and outside)
Pet owners are responsible for any damages

Absolutely! NUYU welcomes families with children of all ages.

Each tent accommodates up to 4 guests total, including children.
At Piromrat Country Home, the maximum capacity is 12 adults and 4 children (under 10 years old).
At Lotus Lake House, the maximum capacity is 6 adults and 3 children (under 10 years old).
Children 10 years and older are charged the same as adults, and receive full amenities (bed + breakfast).
All charges listed are per night, per child.
We’re happy to help set up extra sleeping arrangements in advance — just let us know when booking.

Yes, NUYU is accessible even if you don’t drive.
We offer pick-up and drop-off services from Bangkok, other provinces, and transport hubs in Khao Yai. Whether you’re arriving by van, train, or public bus, we’ll help you get here smoothly.🚐 Pick-up & drop-off available (fees apply)

Booking & Policies

We’re a small, independent space, so all bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your stay once if the following conditions are met:
You notify us at least 14 days before your original check-in date
The new stay date is within 2 months of the original date
You confirm the new date within 3 weeks of requesting the change
If the new date has a higher rate, you’ll just pay the difference
If these conditions aren’t met, we’re unable to offer a refund or reschedule. Thank you for understanding

Your safety is our top priority — and so is respecting nature.
NUYU is nestled close to a natural wildlife habitat, which means you may occasionally hear or spot animals and insects, especially at night. This is part of the magic of staying so close to nature — but it also means a few extra precautions are needed.For your safety, we kindly ask that you:
Stay inside your tent or room after dark
Avoid venturing outside NUYU’s grounds at any time, day or night
Close doors, zippers, and windows tightly to keep insects and animals out
Use insect repellent (we have some available at the tents and houses)
Our team is always nearby and ready to help — just message or call if you need anything.
Food & Dining

Yes, you’re welcome to! While we don’t have a kitchen for guest use, you can bring ready-to-eat food or order from nearby Thai–Isaan restaurants (we’ll happily share the menu). Want to grill? You can prepare your own ingredients and rent our electric Asian-style grill.
A 150 THB service fee applies to cover cleaning and electricity. Please note that charcoal or open flames are not allowed for safety reasons.

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate! Just let us know your dietary needs at least 4 days in advance so we can plan the menu accordingly and source the right ingredients in time.

If you're staying at the Lotus Lake House or Piromrat Country Home, you'll have access to at least one fully equipped kitchen. Just keep in mind that cooking with charcoal or open flames isn’t allowed.
For glamping tents, cooking isn’t permitted at the moment—except for our DIY breakfast, which you can enjoy at your own pace.
